posted in: Blog | 0

So we've come to the last post in my valentines mixtape series, 🙁 But I believe I've saved the best till last. I love love love all the songs below, and have been known to shake my booty to all of them on a dance floor at some point or another. I hope you have a great time going through these posts, and hope they inspire you to put together your own awesome mixtape!

1. Elvis Presley – Can't Help Falling In Love

Wise men say
Only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you
Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin
If I can't help falling in love with you?

2. Marvin Gaye  - Ain't No Mountain High Enough

'Cause baby there ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you babe

3. Aretha Franklin - I Say A Little Prayer

Forever and ever, you'll stay in my heart
And I will love you
Forever and ever, we never will part
Oh, how I love you
Together, forever, that's how it must be
To live without you
Would only mean heartbreak for me

4. The Beatles - All You Need Is Love

There's nothing you can do that can't be done
Nothing you can sing that can't be sung
Nothing you can say, but you can learn how to play the game
It's easy
Nothing you can make that can't be made
No one you can save that can't be saved
Nothing you can do, but you can learn how to be you in time
It's easy

 5. Van Morrison - Brown Eyed Girl

So hard to find my way
Now that I'm all on my own
I saw you just the other day
My, how you have grown!
Cast my memory back there, Lord
Sometime I'm overcome thinking about
Making love in the green grass
Behind the stadium
With you, my brown-eyed girl
You, my brown-eyed girl
