So you've decided you want formal pictures at your prom, ball or charity evening and you're wondering what it entails. I'm here to help you with that, I know it's stressful to plan a large event when lots of people are involved, I'm here to make my part of the proceedings as easy as possible so you have no worries on the evening, and can enjoy yourself. I will go above and beyond to make sure I meet all your requirements big or small so don't fret!
We had the pleasure of Kirsty photograph our charity ball at Alton Towers. Kirsty went above and beyond to make sure all our requirements were met. She was punctual, professional and incredibly friendly with our guests. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided us with beautiful photographs and even printed them onsite. She even made sure that the images were available the next day to either download or order. As well as formal photography, Kirsty also provided a fun photo booth which everybody had so much fun with. Also thanks to Lynn and Tina who were on hand to help Kirsty and keep everything running perfectly and kept our guests happy. We will 100% be in touch when it's time for our next event. Thanks again. What To Expect
Before the event
Before the event we'll have a phone or Skype meeting, to discuss a timetable for the evening. This is extremely important if you have entertainment, because I don't want to be unaware of something and cause your guests to miss out on it. We'll also be able to discuss any fears or concerns you may have regarding the evening.
On the day of the event
I'll arrive early to set up, everything will be ready before your guests arrive. Then my assistant and I will work together to make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the evening.
After the event
After the event you will be supplied with a online, password protected gallery that your guests can purchase prints and downloads from. This will be available for a month after your event, so there's plenty of time to browse through the images.
